G-hoddie was created by Brett Young and Tim Reardon for a movie called "A Terrorist Ate My Brain". It was a snappy, tongue-in-cheek, 16-minute zombie short film. Originally, G-hoddie was a horrible rapper, but, luckily, his skills improved....slightly. In the film, G-hoddie is undone by a Muslim computer software engineer. G-hoddie's current stand as a lightning-rod for religious tolerance was the brain-child of Obaid Kadwani. Kadwani saw the unique opportunity to make a bold and positive statement and acted upon it. Kadwani is grateful to Young and Reardon and Quinn for the exchange and pooling of ideas that resulted in the song.
